This course is designed to give a clear understanding of sales and the customer focusing on effective selling strategies and managing customer care including how to deal with customer complaints.

Course Content

There are three mandatory units, namely:

  • ‘Effective Selling to Customers’
  • ‘Understanding Sales in the Workplace’
  • ‘Managing Customer Care.’

There is a wide and diverse range of optional units to allow the individual or organisation to customise this qualification.

 

Method of Assessment

For the mandatory units, the assessment takes the form of Role play, knowledge assessment and preparation for team brief.  The assessment for optional units depends on the unit selected
