NEBOSH General Certificate
Description
The NEBOSH Certificate enables you to identify workplace hazards, advise you on preventative and protective measures and monitors safety performance. You will also be able to assess legislative requirements and identify training needs.
Length of Course
One day a week for 12 weeks (plus 1 week for the written examination and 1 week for a practical examination) 9am to 4.30pm
Who Should Attend
Anyone with Health & Safety responsibilities: e.g. managers, supervisors and employee representatives with a specific responsibility for Health & Safety.
This course is for individuals or for an organisation.

- Materials handling and safety
- Safe systems and permits to work
- Environmental monitoring
- Accident reporting and investigation

Method of Assessment
Completion of approved assessment procedures and a written and practical examination.
