Who Should Attend

Practising or Aspiring Managers; those identified under progression management or current leaders who wish to increase their knowledge and understanding to maximise potential.

 

Entry Qualifications

There are no formal entry requirements, but delegates will normally be either practising or aspiring middle managers with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.

 

Course Content

Delegates will receive CMI Certification for 1 Management Unit totalling 7 Credits on the National Credit Framework.

 

Course Units

3 Facilitated and inter-active workshops covering 18 Guided Learning Hours.

 

Method of Assessment

Delegates will complete a 2,500 - 3000 word assignment based on the learning outcomes from the workshops.  This will meet the indicative content requirements of the Unit to the standard required by the awarding body.
