WORKSHOPS

  • Day 1: Creating the Professional Image
  • Day 2: Managing Self and Time
  • Day 3: Effective Leadership
  • Day 4: Creating Effective Working Relationships
  • Day 5: Dealing with Conflict and Discipline
  • Day 6: Managing Successful Individual and Team Performance
  • Day 7: Managing Successful Recruitment
  • Day 8: Managing Financial Resources.

The programme can be delivered to suit the needs of the clients:

1 day a week for 8 weeks
1 day a month for 8 months
