The Introductory Certificate in First Line Management is designed for people who are likely to become first line managers (team leaders or supervisors) or who are already in post but have had little or no formal training in their role.
This course is for individuals or for an organisation.
There are no formal entry requirements, but candidates should be practising or potential first line managers with 2 years of full-time (or 3 years of part-time) work experience, and a background which will enable them to benefit from the programme.
