Who Should Attend
The programme is specifically designed to guide the Team Leader on a logical journey of understanding from self-perception and awareness, through the organisation’s framework and culture and onto the needs and abilities of the team.
The acquisition of specific management skills will enable the Team Leader to put into practice the new found knowledge and techniques delivered during the course.
The structure of the programme has been carefully balanced to provide an appropriate mix of theoretical and practical content. The course is biased towards developing the practical management skills required to function effectively and efficiently.
